Dragan Vlah

About:

Dragan is a mechatronics engineer and entrepreneur who has, over the years, distinguished himself as one of the most prominent business mentors in the region.

He began his career in the food and packaging industry, spending five years working in corporate environments. After that, he founded InTech, a company specializing in industrial automation and the development of robotic systems. In addition, he has worked on major projects for companies such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi.

Beyond his engineering background, Dragan is also the only licensed Grant Cardone coach in the Balkans. His approach to business development is rooted in the belief that real change starts from within – through personal discipline, clear communication, and addressing internal limitations. Only then does the application of concrete business strategies follow.

Throughout his career, he has worked with hundreds of small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them define clear goals and build efficient systems. His programs focus not only on revenue growth but also on long-term sustainability and leadership development.

He is especially known for organizing the Vlah Business Conference – an event that brings together entrepreneurs from across the region and fosters open exchange of knowledge and experience. Through this platform, he continues to spread the message that success doesn’t have to come from major cities; it can emerge from local communities – if there is structure, effort, and clarity.
