Andriana Mereuta
About:
Andriana Mereuta was born in Moldova and moved to the United States in 2008. With a background in economics and a deep desire to contribute and help others, the opportunity to act on that desire presented itself when she discovered photography.
In 2010, she enrolled in the Photography program at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and that decision set her on a passionate and fulfilling journey.
The power of photography, her fascination with people and cultures, and her sincere concern for the human condition and the environment shaped her path toward storytelling through images. For Andriana, photography holds a kind of magic – it is a moment captured in time and preserved in our consciousness, with the power to move people to great actions.
The photographs she strives to create speak of emotion, connection, and the human spirit. If it is a portrait, her goal is to show the dignity of the person she is photographing; if it is a story, it must touch the heart.
